Ang governance. Dapat nga ablihan na sa atong mga local leaders ang libro ug ipahibalo sa katawhan ang tinuod nga estado sa lungsod. Angayang tubagon ang mga pangutana sa mga lungsoranon kabahin sa makabungog nga hunghung sa korapsiyon ug pagpahimulos sa gahum.
1. tinuod ba nga dunay migamit sa mga trabahante sa lungsod diha sa personal nga trabaho sa pulitiko?
2. tinuod ba nga dunay mga kadudahang transaksiyon nga nahitabo?
3. tinuod ba ng alkanse na ang lungsod ug wala nay sulod ang panudlanan?

SUGGESTION KO LANG PO....Invite local and foriegn investors to re-explore and re-confirm Guripan vast mineral deposits (Gold and copper). Once proven, commence commercial operations...it will create jobs, community development and assistance thru medical and dental mission, school donation, road and drainage improvement, taxes to the LGU from mineral exploitation..
it will also help drivers, small enterprenuers, sari-sari stores and even vegetable farmers due to the influx of workers...
The mineral deposits has been proven since 1958 it is just a matter of further geological confirmation..
Mining is for sustainable development while due giving regards to the protection and preservation of the environment.
DAPAT mga high profile mining companies ang mag invest di yong mga pipitsugin lang dahil wla silang technical and financial resources para sa environmental protection and enhancement program once the mine could start operation...   .[/color]
