Nipis kaayo ang buffer nga koryente. for example sa Luzon, igo-igo ra gyod ang supply unya dako man ang demand. wa na sila kaayo sila problema ngadto. Sa visayas, mao sab.. igo ra ang supply so kung mo-down or magmaintenance ang usa ka planta, dapat  palungon ang uban.

sa mindanao, dependent kaayo sa hydro plant.. aside from tiguwang nga ang hydro plant, miubos pa gyod ang water level so, needed to shut down uban plant. aside from that mitaas sab ang demand sa koryente...

Salamat sa info Jer..so sad..

as i checked ZAMSURECO's site, i got this letter from ZAMSURECO-1 Gen.Manager, that would probably help the consumers to understand more ngano nga cge ug kawala ang kurente.. http://www.zamsureco1.com/contents/Pahibalo%20alang%20sa%20Miembro%20Konsumante.pdf

we just hope na ma resolve na ni nila very soon.

Mild ra man na nila pagkasulti. Why not tell it straight from the horse's mouth nga ning ubos ang level sa water resources sama sa Agus River ug Ma. Cristina Falls tungod kay wala'y ulan ug tungod sa hulaw. The situation is also echoed in Luzon where the dams are presently in critical low level. In our case, walay blackout dire sa amo tungod kay power barge man ang gigamit, not hydro power.

wikipedia

A power barge is a power plant installed on a deck barge. These are sometimes called "floating power plants" or "barge mounted power plants".

The type of power plants include single or multiple gas turbines, reciprocating diesel and gas engines, boilers or nuclear reactors. Power barges are also referred to as barge-mounted power plants or floating power plants.

They were initially developed during World War II by General Electric for the War Production Board as a transportable large scale power generation resource.

They perform in a variety of applications such as base load, emergency and temporary power, transportable power or in power generation projects where local construction costs and risks run high. Power barges can also be permanently installed and will operate similarly to a land based plant for the same duration.

Power barges are in demand for their short construction cycles, flexibility in deployment, minimal land requirements and unique maritime financing. The capital costs of constructing and operating power barges are very competitive with their land-based equivalents.
